Can I apply with zero processing history?

What is the most important startup requirement?
Your business should be launch-ready, including having your research-only peptide inventory physically in stock and available for fulfillment.
Can I apply before my peptides arrive?
The startup program is intended for businesses that already have product in stock. If your inventory has not arrived yet, wait until the business is operationally ready before submitting.
Do I need merchant processing statements?
Not simply because you are a startup. If you have any existing processing or relevant banking history, provide it when requested, but zero prior processing history may still be considered.
Does my website need to be ready?
Yes. Your website should be complete enough for review, including research-only positioning, product listings, customer support information, refund policies and shipping information.
Do I need COAs and product labels?
You should have professional product labels and supporting product documentation available. COAs may be requested during the review.
Can I pre-sell products I do not have?
This startup program is built around in-stock inventory and operational readiness. Products should be available for actual fulfillment rather than dependent on future sourcing.
What type of peptide business is supported?
PeptidePay USA is for businesses selling products strictly for research use only. Human-consumption positioning, medical or therapeutic claims and prohibited product positioning are not supported.
What happens when I click “Start My Secure Application”?
You will be taken to Boardvia, our secure onboarding portal, to complete your merchant application and upload your business, ownership, banking and supporting documents. Once submitted, our team reviews your business, website, inventory readiness and documentation. Approved merchants then move into onboarding and setup.
Is startup approval guaranteed?
No. Startups are welcome to apply, but every account remains subject to underwriting, program eligibility and final approval.
