- Zero previous card-processing history can be reviewed
- Peptide inventory must already be physically in stock

- Research-only / RUO positioning
- Labels and COAs available when requested

Already processing?
Existing processing history gives our team more information about your volume, chargebacks and operational performance.
- Currently processing or recently processed
- Recent merchant statements available
- Monthly processing volume can be verified
- Chargeback and dispute history available
- Switching processors is welcome
- Volume-based pricing review available

Choose this path if you already have processing history and can provide recent statements, monthly volume and chargeback information.

Which path is right for me? We keep it simple.
Can a brand-new peptide business really apply?
Yes. PeptidePay USA can review startup businesses with zero prior card-processing history when the business is launch-ready and the research-only peptide inventory is already in stock.
Do startups need processing statements?
Not simply because they are startups. A business with zero processing history cannot provide merchant statements, so the review focuses more heavily on inventory, website readiness, product documentation, banking and operations.
What does “inventory in stock” mean?
Your peptide products should already be physically on hand and available to fulfill customer orders. The startup program is intended for real, launch-ready businesses rather than future concepts or businesses waiting to source inventory.
Can I apply before my peptide inventory arrives?
The startup path is designed for businesses whose products are already in stock. If your inventory has not arrived, wait until the business is operationally ready before submitting.
I’m already processing. Which path should I choose?
Choose the Established path if you can provide current or recent processing statements and have meaningful merchant processing history.
Can I switch from another payment processor?
Yes. Existing research-only peptide merchants can apply to move their processing to PeptidePay USA. Your current history can help us understand your volume, ticket size and dispute performance.
Why did you remove the old Quick Start intake form?
We want to reduce duplicate data entry. The Quick Start page now helps you identify the correct path and prepare your documents, while the actual secure merchant application is completed through Boardvia.
Why am I redirected to Boardvia?
Boardvia is our secure onboarding portal. Business ownership information, banking details, identification and supporting documents are completed through that secure workflow rather than through a public webpage form.
Do both paths require research-only positioning?
Yes. PeptidePay USA is built for businesses selling products strictly for research use only. Human-consumption positioning, medical or therapeutic claims and prohibited product positioning are not supported.
What happens after I submit through Boardvia?
Our team reviews your business information, website, products, banking and supporting documentation. Established merchants may also have processing statements and dispute history reviewed. Approved merchants then move into onboarding and account setup.
Does choosing a path guarantee approval?
No. Both startup and established applications remain subject to underwriting, program eligibility and final approval.
What if I’m still not sure which path to choose?
Contact PeptidePay USA before applying. If you have no meaningful processing history, you will usually use the Startup path. If you have recent processing statements, use the Established path.
Talk to a real person before you apply.
Tell us whether you are launching new or already processing and we’ll point you to the right application path.
New or established.
There’s a path for you.
Stocked and ready to launch? Choose Startup. Already processing? Bring us your history. Either way, your secure merchant application is completed once through Boardvia.
PeptidePay USA supports businesses selling products strictly for research use only. Startup applications with zero prior processing history may be considered when the business is operationally ready and inventory is in stock. Established merchants may be asked for processing statements and dispute history. No-reserve and next-day settlement programs apply to approved eligible accounts. All applications remain subject to underwriting, program requirements and final approval.
