PeptidePayUSA.com is a merchant intake and qualification platform supporting payment processing placement through MOBOPAY® and its authorized partners (including acquiring/sponsor banks, processors, gateways, underwriting and risk partners).

- Business details: legal name/DBA, address, website URL(s), business model description, products/services, operating history.
- Ownership & signer details: names, roles, ownership %, contact info; and where required for KYC/AML—DOB and verification data.
- Financial & processing data: settlement details for account setup, voided check/bank letter, processing statements, chargeback ratios, reserves context.
- Uploads: statements, corporate documents, verification documents, and supporting compliance information you provide.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, timestamps, pages visited, and security/anti-fraud signals.
3) What we do not do
- We do not sell personal or business data.
- We do not store full payment card numbers or sensitive authentication data on PeptidePayUSA.com.
4) How we use information
- Eligibility review and underwriting facilitation
- Risk analysis, compliance verification, and fraud prevention (including KYC/AML where required)
- Processor and acquiring/sponsor bank placement and account setup
- Ongoing monitoring required by banks/card networks (chargebacks, disputes, unusual activity)

5) Sharing & disclosures
We may share information with MOBOPAY® and its authorized partners strictly to provide underwriting, placement, compliance, and processing services, including acquiring/sponsor banks, processors, gateways, identity verification providers, and risk partners. We may also disclose information to legal authorities when required by law.
6) International data transfers
Your information may be processed in Canada and/or the United States depending on underwriting and processing placement. By submitting information, you consent to these transfers where permitted by law.
7) Data retention
We retain information as needed for underwriting review, account setup, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal/audit obligations. Retention may continue after closure where required by law or bank/card network rules.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring). No system is 100% secure; you accept this risk by using the site.

PeptidePayUSA provides an intake and qualification workflow for businesses seeking payment processing placement. Submitting information does not guarantee approval, pricing, or availability. All outcomes are subject to underwriting and compliance review.
2) Underwriting & verification
- Approvals are subject to underwriting, risk review, and compliance requirements.
- You agree to provide complete and accurate information and promptly supply requested documents (e.g., statements, bank letter, EIN verification).
- We may pause, decline, or discontinue review at any time if information is incomplete, inconsistent, or presents compliance risk.
3) Merchant responsibilities
- You are authorized to submit information on behalf of the business.
- Your website, products/services, fulfillment, and policies are accurately represented and consistent across channels.
- You will comply with applicable laws, card network rules, and processor/bank requirements.
- You will maintain customer service, refund policies, and dispute management controls appropriate for your business model.
4) Fees, pricing, and reserves
If approved, pricing and risk controls (including reserves) may be required based on underwriting factors such as chargeback history, ticket size, volume, fulfillment timelines, and overall risk. Quotes are not binding until confirmed in written agreements with MOBOPAY® and/or processing partners.
5) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptidePayUSA and MOBOPAY® are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or inability to obtain approval.
6) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, or discontinue review, if you violate these Terms, provide inaccurate information, or present compliance risk.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use PeptidePayUSA.com to submit, promote, or process payments for illegal, deceptive, or prohibited activities, or to misrepresent products/services, fulfillment, or corporate identity.
Prohibited conduct includes
- Misrepresenting products, services, corporate identity, fulfillment timelines, or business location.
- Submitting false or altered documents or inaccurate chargeback/volume data.
- Processing payments for products/services that differ materially from what was disclosed or underwritten.
- Fraud, money laundering, or activities violating bank/card network rules.
- Lack of reasonable customer support, refund policy, or dispute handling practices.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or compromise site security or form systems.
Peptide / “research-use only” expectations (Ads-safe + underwriting-safe)
If you market products as “research-use only,” you agree your website and marketing must be consistent, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws and card network/bank requirements. You agree not to make misleading medical or therapeutic claims and to maintain clear shipping, returns/refunds, and customer support policies.
Underwriting note: We may request website or policy changes to meet bank and card network rules. Approval is never guaranteed.
